Winter Weekend Night Routine 2016

If you're a regular reader of my blog, then you will know that I posted my Winter Morning Routine for 2016 on Wedneday. Today I thought I would share with you my Night Routine for Winter 2016

So if I've been out for the day I'll just head up to my room and hang up my bag and take off my coat and shoes. I'll then sit on my bed for a bit and scroll through all my Social Media for about half an hour. Usually by this time my tea is ready so I'll head down for that. Once I've finished eating and cleared away my plate I head back upstairs to my room.

By this time it's probably dark so I'll pull down my blind and close my curtains and then turn on all my fairy lights (this is my favourite bit) Next up I'll sit on my bed and catch up with any videos from my Subscription Box that I haven't seen and check over my Social Media again.

Once I've done that for about an hour I'll start to wind down. I firstly do my Skincare Routine and then run myself a bath, I'll also usually use a LUSH product and tonight I went for Magic Wand. Once I've finished in the bath I put on my pjs and make myself all cosy and watch some TV and then head of to sleep!!

So that's my Winter Weekend Night Routine. I hope you guys enjoyed this two part blog series!! These are some of my favourite posts to write so I'll definitely be doing more for the upcoming seasons!!

Winter Weekend Morning Routine 2016

I absolutely love watching these types of videos on YouTube, however I don't really tend to see them as blogposts, so today I thought I would share my Winter Weekend Morning Routine with you!!

So I usually wake up at around 8:30am, as I feel like this is a good time for me to wake up. Also on the weekends I like to get up at a reasonable time so I don't waste away the two days. To start off with I usually watch a bit of TV whilst my eyes adjust and then I move onto my phone and I check apps like: Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat. I usually do this for around half an hour and then I get up properly. Once I'm dressed I do my hair and makeup (I'm going to have an Everyday Makeup Routine up soon!!) After that I head downstairs for breakfast.

For breakfast I usually either have Weetabix or Special K, and this morning I opted for Weetabix. I eat my breakfast whilst catching up with all the videos in my Subscription Box. After that I clear away my bowl and head back upstairs to brush my teeth. I tend to go out on the weekends but today I was actually decorating my bedroom so I wasn't wearing the most glamorous of outfits!!

So there you have it, my Winter Weekend Morning Routine. I hope you guys enjoyed and don't forget to look out for part 2 of this little blog series!!

Lip Care

Taking care of my lips is something that I really like to do. I suffer from quite dry lips throughout the Winter months and that does not make your lips look cute when you're wearing a matte lipstick!! Today I thought I would share with you my Lip Care Routine and hopefully give you some recommendations on some really good Lip Care products.

LUSH Lip Scrub in Bubblegum // £5.50
So I first like to start off with one of the most talked about products in the blogging world and that is LUSH's Lip Scrub in Bubblegum. This product smells absolutely amazing and really does the job too!! I like to apply quite a lot of this to my lips and rub them together. Then I take a wet flannel and press down quite hard on my lips to scrub it off. And after my lips feel amazing!!

Soap&Glory Smooch Operator Lip Butter Balm // £10.00
Then the other product I use is fro Soap&Glory and it's their Lip Butter Balm. Unfortunately I don't think they sell this anymore as I couldn't find it on the website. Anyways this product is amazing even though it' quite expensive!! It smells like Shea Butter and when applied to the lip s makes them tingle for a little bit before make tem super silky soft.

And that's all I d for my Lip Care Routine!! Pretty easy right? I hope you guys enjoyed this post and maybe you have some new lip product recommendations to try out!!

Copper Homeware Wishlist

If you asked me what I spend the majority of my money on, I would definitely reply with Homeware. I'm just obsessed with buying it!! There are so many amazing stores that sell really cute pieces of homeware that it's hard to resist!! I've also developed a love for Copper so for today's post I thought I would share with you my current Copper Homeware Wishlist and maybe give you some inspiration for some new bits for your home too!!

Copper Hammered Mini Bowl // £6.50
So the first item is from SassandBelle. They are one of my all time favourite homeware shops because everything is so cute!! I found this little bowl whilst having a quick look on the website a while ago, and I instantly fell in love!! I think this would look cute on my dressing table with maybe a small tealight inside.

Copper Jewellery Hooks //
Unfortunately I cant actually find where this product I from as I juts found it when I was scrolling through some copper homeware the other day and I also font know the price. But anyways this is such a pretty copper Jewellery Hook and would look great on my wall with some copper jewellery on!!

Copper Mirror // £13
Next up I have the prettiest mirror I have ever seen!! This is from H&M and is honestly everything I would want in a mirror. It's small and copper, what more could you want? Also it's pretty cheap as well at only £13 so I will definitely be picking this up!! I would recommend H&M Home so much because their products are amazing!!

Copper Basket // £13
This next piece is probably my favourite and it is a copper basket. I think this would be so cute in my room however I'm not sure what I would use it for as I already have a really nice bin. None the less I think tis is really pretty and would great next to my desk. Plus it's only £13!!

Copper Large Glass Box // £15
The final piece for this Homeware Wishlist is something I have been wanting for so long!! I first saw this on Anastasia's Channel: Floral Princess and I instantly fell in love with it!! Again I don really know what I'd put in it but I think it would look so cute on my shelf!!

So that's my Copper Homeware Wishlist. I hope you enjoyed this post and I can guarantee you that most of these pieces will feature in a Homeware Haul soon, because I'm going to make I my mission to get them!!

Drugstore Valentines Day Makeup Look / Collab With MeetMeInMelford

Since it's Valentines Day, I thought would be fitting to share with you a Valentines Day Makeup Look!! I was having a look back at some of my older makeup look posts and realised that I use quite a lot of high-end products, so for this look I wanted to make it Drugstore because personally I find some Drugstore Makeup to be better than High-end!!

This is also a collab with Bobo from MeetMeInMelford so make sure you check out her post as well and leave a nice comment!!

Base
So I'm firstly going to start off by priming my face, using Maybelline's Baby Skin in Cool Rose. I absolutely love this primer and it helps keep my makeup on all day!! I'm also going to use Maybelline's Baby Lips in Candy Kiss to make sure my lips are nice and moisturised!! (I also used one of their Valentines Baby Lips as I think it fitted the post quite well!!)

Next up I'm going to apply the Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation, this is a really good product as it doesn't look cakey on the skin and really brightens up the face!! I'm then going to use my Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer and use this to highlight my under-eye circles and conceal any blemishes I may have!! After that I'm going to set my face using Rimmel Stay Matte Powder as this really helps to keep my makeup on my face and also makes it matte for more or less the rest of the day!!

By now I'm probably looking super pale so to bronze and contour my face, I'm going to use the Sleek Contour Kit, I enjoy using this kit as the contour colour isn't too orange and the highlight looks very pretty when it catches the light!! I'm also going to use my MUA Mosaic Blush in English Rose, this is a really pretty colour and gives a nice natural flush to the cheek.

Eyes
Moving onto my eyes, I'm going to use the I Heart Makeup Death By Chocolate Palette, (which is a really good dupe for the Two Faced Chocolate Bar Palette!!) I'm firstly going to take the colour White Light, and apply it all over my lid. I'm then going to the shade Lick Me and apply this into my outer corner and blend it inwards and finally I'm going to add a little bit of Fool's Gold and blend this into my crease. I'm then going to apply my Rimmel Wake Me Up Mascara, this mascara is really good and doesn't clump my lashes together!!

Lips
Finally for my lips I'm going to use the I Heart Makeup Lip Lava in Tremor, this is a really pretty pink liquid lipstick and dries matte so looks really pretty on the lips!!

So that was my Drugstore Valentines Makeup Look, I hope you enjoyed and maybe you'll wear a look similar to this one if you're doing anything special today!! Don't forget to check out Bobo's post because I can guarantee you will love it!!

Favourite Girly Movies

There's nothing I love more than having a girly movie night watching some of my favourite films, whether that be with my friends or by myself!!

Today I thought I would share with you some of my face girly films, so next time you have a movie night you have some ideas!!

Bridesmaids
This one speaks for itself really, the movie is really centred around one of the main characters: Annie. She is the maid of honour for her best friend but little did she know she would have some competition when Helen came to town!!

This is such a funny movie, but if you get offended easily I probably wouldn't recommend it because it does swear quite a lot!!

Bride Wars
Another bridal movie that I love is Bride Wars. This movie is all about these two best friends who have dreamt about their perfect wedding since they were little. However when it finally comes to booking the venue they both want, the only available slot is the same day!! This is a very funny movie and it does end up having a very happy ending!!

Mean Girls
If you haven't heard of Mean Girls, then have you been living under a rock? This is such a great and funny movie and perfect to watch with friends. Cady Herons is the main character and she has recently moved to a public school. She meets The Plastics and ends up getting involved with something called the Burn Book which basically ruins her reputation!!

Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging
So my final absolute favourite movie is Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging. This movie is all about Georgia Nicolson who wants to be pretty and popular. She meets a boy named Robbie who is the brother of her best friends boyfriend. Georgia nearly loses everything she's ever loved because of a few stupid mistakes!!

So those were some of my favourite girly movies!! I hope you guys enjoyed and maybe now you have a few new movies to watch!!

Winter Skincare Routine 2016 | Collab With DaisyyPetals

Skincare is something that I should really take my time on, but honestly I don't. However over the past couple of weeks I have found a routine that is easy and I can stick to and the products have really been helping my skin.

During the Winter I really like to take care of my skin whereas in the Summer I'm all about getting ready quickly so I can go out and enjoy the sun. Today I thought I would share with you my Winter Skincare Routine, this is also a collab DaisyyPetals so make sure you check out her post after and leave a nice comment.

Garnier Pure Active Micellar Cleansing Water
So I firstly start off by removing all my makeup (except from my eyes) by using the Garnier Pure Active Micellar Cleansing Water. This is a fairly new product to the Garnier range and is specifically for Combination to Oily and Sensitive Skin. I really enjoy using this product as my makeup comes off super easily and quickly and is much less harsh on my skin.

Garnier Fresh Eye Make-Up Remover
Next up I move onto removing my Eye Makeup using another Garnier product. This is another fairly new product to my Skincare Collection and I absolutely love it!! It removes my eye makeup super quickly and doesn't leave any mascara. The bottle I have is for Even Sensitive Skin however there is another bottle which helps to remove waterproof makeup.

Simply Sensitive Gently Refreshing Toner
After cleansing my face I move onto Toning, this is one of my favourite parts of my Skincare Routine as my skin feels so refreshed afterwards. This is by Simply Sensitive which is a brand from Boots specifically for sensitive skin. This product is amazing and I cant believe how amazing my skin feels after.

Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Facial Wash
The next step in my Skincare Routine is to wash my face. To do this I use the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Facial Wash, this is a really good product as it gets rid of any dirt my skin may have picked up throughout the day (gross I know!!) It also smells amazing!!

St . Ives Apricot Scrub
After washing my face I then like to exfoliate using the St. Ives Apricot Scrub as this is really good at getting away any dry parts of my face. It also isn't too harsh on the skin so it doesn't make your skin hurt after using it, plus once again it smells amazing!! Also I only use this at night once a week so to not dry out my skin too much.

Simply Sensitive Protecting Day Moisturiser
This is one of the best moisturisers I've ever tried and honestly makes my skin feel amazing!! It also has SPF15 in so gives my skin a little more protection on those sunny days. It also feels super refreshing on the skin and I cant recommend it enough!!

Galderma Acnecide Benzoyl Peroxide
The final product I use for my Skincare Routine is something that sounds quite scary and complicated. I also got this from a pharmacy so it isn't available on the shelves. But this product is amazing as it gets rid of my blemishes super quickly!! Admittedly it did take a couple of months to start working but any blemishes I've had recently have been solved pretty quickly by using this product!!

So that is my Winter Skincare Routine and to be honest it does take quite a long time to complete!! I do this routine every morning and every night apart from the Exfoliator which I use at night once a week. I hope you guys enjoyed his post and don't forget to check out DaisyyPetals post and leave a nice comment!!

January Favourites

Since it's now February I wanted to share with you my January Favourites, I'm going to try and do a Favourites post at the end of each month (hopefully!!) I have tried out a few new products in January, most of them from Christmas!!

Ari By Ariana Grande Perfume
I am absolutely obsessed with this perfume!! It smells so good! I'm almost halfway down the bottle and I don't know what I'll do once I've finished it!! It's a really nice sweet smell and to me it smells like marshmallows!! (Weird I know!!)

Fujifilm Instax Mini 8
This has to be one of my all time favourite things that I have ever bought!! I just love waiting for the picture to appear wondering what it's going to look like!! Although taking the pictures is probably the best part because I really enjoy making them look arty!!

Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick in Bond Girl
Next up is a makeup favourite. I'm not really one for a dark lip because I have quite a pale complexion so they tend to wash me out a lot!! But Bond Girl is amazing and the colour is absolutely gorgeous!! It is a really pretty dark berry nude, so doesn't wash me out at all!! I also love how you can build up the pigmentation, so if you want a light nude berry colour on your lips, you can have one ore you can go full on vampy!!

LUSH Snow Fairy
Even though Christmas has past, Snow Fairy will forever be my all time favourite shower gel!! It smells amazing and to be fair doesn't really smell that Christmassy, so you can kind of get away with it all year round!!

Soap & Glory Smooch Operator Lip Butter Balm
So my final January favourite is a lip balm, during the Winter I like to look after my lips the best I can, so when I discovered this little gem I was absolutely hooked!! Smooch Operator smells like Shea Butter and has a really pretty pink tint to it. I use this at night and when I wake up in the morning, my lips feel amazing!!

So those were my January Favourites, I really hope you guys enjoyed and maybe you'll go out and treat yourselves to some of these amazing products!! (Because you totally should!!)
