Dewy Spring Makeup Look / Collab With acupofeblogs

If there's one post that I absolutely love writing, it's got to be Makeup Looks. I just love getting creative with my makeup and sharing the look with you  guys at the same time. It actually hasn't been that long since I shared a Makeup Look with you so I hope youy don't mind!!

Anyways todays post is also a collab with Ellie from acupofeblogs her blog is amazing so make sure you check out h pot and leave a nice comment!! So without further ado lets get started!!

Face
So to start off with, I'm going to prime my face using the NYC Smooth Skin Perfecting Primer. This is a super dewy primer and is perfect for the Spring Time. Next up I'm going to use a BB Cream as I think this is more suitable for my skin during the Spring time. The one I'm using is Maybelline's Dream Pure BB Cream as this is amazing and has a super high coverage!! For concealer I'm going the using the MUA Undress Your Skin Radiant Under Eye Concealer. This is a super good dupe for the YSL Touche Eclat, this concealer really highlights my under eyes and also conceals my dark circles at the same time. To set the base makeup I'm going to be using my holy grail powder which is the Rimmel Stay Matte as this keeps my makeup matte for a super long time!!

For bronzing of course I'm going to be using my Sleek Contour Kit as the contour shade in this palette is perfect for bronzing up my skin as it isn't too orange. For blush I'm going to use the I Heart Makeup Triple Baked Blusher in Candy Queen Of Hearts. This is a gorgeous light pink blush shade and is super natural as well so is perfect for Spring. Finally for my Face makeup, I'm going to highlight using my MUA Undress Your Skin Shimmer Highlighter. This is such a pretty Champagne Pink Highlighter and looks super pretty with the blush.

Eyes
Moving onto eyes, I'm firstly going to prime my eyelids with the MUA Pro-Base Eye Primer as this keeps my eye makeup on for a really long time and also increases the pigmentation of the eyeshadows!! For eyeshadows I'm going to be using my KIKO Eyeshadows. So firstly I'm going to take the shade 224 and apply this all over my lid as a base colour, then from my outer corner I'm going to work in the shade 225 ad blend the two shades together and then finally I'm going to take the shade 200 and apply this into my inner corner. For mascara I'm going to use the Barry M Lash Vegas Mascara as this makes my lashes super long and black. As for my Brows I'm going to use Benefit's Gimme Brow to fill them in and then to highlight my brows I'm going to take Benefit's High Brow and place this under my Brows.

Lips
Finally for my Lip colour, I'm going to be using MAC's Lipstick in Angel and a Tanya Burr Lipgloss in Macaroon. These two mixed together give a really nice peach toned look and of course a little bit of gloss was needed to make my lips look nice and dewy!!

So that's my Dewy Spring Makeup Look, I will definitely be wearing this throughout the Spring and I hope it has given you some inspiration for your own Spring Makeup Look. Also don't forget to check out Ellie's post to find out what she'll be wearing throughout the Spring Time.

Revision Techniques

With exams just around the corner, like me you've probably spent the majority of this year studying. Everyone hates it but in the end it does pay off!! Today I thought I would share with you some of my favourite study tips incase you need some motivation!!

Use Colours
You've probably heard this a million times but seriously it helps, if you're a Visual learner like me having colours on a page helps me remember things. Although only highlight the important bits so you don't confuse your brain!!

Study Sessions
These can actually be super fun! Invite some of your friends round who are also studying and have a big Study Session, this is really good because you can ask questions and also teach others what you already know to help you remember it!!

Complete Past Papers
This is a super good tip as it can actually really help you. All you need to do is ask for Past Papers from your teachers and complete them at home, this will help you remember things a lot better and test yourself on things so you'll know what you need to work on!!

So those were a few revision tips that I love using, I hope these have helped you if you need some new revision techniques!! I'll definitely be having a lot more Study posts coming soon!!

Spring Clothing Haul

I absolutely love buying clothes, I just love adding new bits to my wardrobe. I went on a shopping trip a few days ago and picked up 3 new clothing items so I thought I would share with you what I got!!

Disclaimer- I'm not trying to brag in anyway shape or form, my mum kindly bought me these things which I'm super grateful for!!

Topshop Cropped Jumper // £25
I'm not entirely sure on the name of this item so please don't quote me on it. Anyways I've had my eye on this green jumper for  while now and finally I decided to get it. It's slightly cropped which I love and it's super warm inside. I think this jumper is perfect for the Spring time because it isn't as long as some of my other jumpers. Overall I love this jumper and I can't wait to wear it!!

Topshop Cropped Vest Top // £6
The other thing that I got from Topshop was an Orange Cropped Vest Top. I already have one of these in white and  love it and I got it specifically for my holidays as I think it would look nice with a tan (if I hopefully get one!!). Anyways this was £6 and I absolutely love it!!

Primark Lace Shorts // £5
So the final thing that I got was a pair of Coral Lace Shorts. I bought quite a few pairs of Primark's shorts last year and on holiday I practically lived in them!! Their super comfy and I thought these would be nice on a night time with a white top!! They were also only £5, so you cant really go wrong!!

So that's my little Spring Clothing Haul, I hope you enjoyed this post ad maybe you've gained some inspiration for some new clothes to pick up on your next shopping trip!!

Favourite Spring Lippies | Collab With Em Barker

If you were to ask me what my favourite season was, I would definitely say Spring. I just love everything about it!! Plus Spring is all about pastel colours and we all know I'm a sucker for them. Today I thought I would share with you my Favourite Spring Lippies!! This is also a collab with Em Barker, so make sure you check out her post and leave a nice comment!!

MAC Crème Cup // £15.50
Crème Cup is probably one of my favourite lipsticks out of my MAC collection. I find that it suits my skin tone really well and is just the perfect Spring colour. It's also a cremesheen lipstick so it's not that bright on the lips, which is what I really like!!

Benefit Dandelion Lipgloss // £14.50
I actually got tis lipgloss for Christmas when Boots were having an offer on Benefit Minis, so I couldn't find the price for the mini, but instead I found the full sized price. Anyways this lipgloss is absolutely gorgeous!! It's a really nice pink shade and it smells amazing too!! Also it's not a sticky consistency either so is perfect for windy days too!!

Revlon Colourburst Lacquer Balm // £7.99
Oh my goodness. This is probably one of my all time favourite lip products!! The shade I have is 105 Demure and is gorgeous pastel pink shade!! The lacquer balms have little bit of glitter in as well so make your lips look really nice!!

Rimmel Lasting Finish Colour Rush Lip Balm // £6.99
I'm obsessed with Lip Crayons at the moment because I find them so easy to apply because you can really get a good shape with them. This one from Rimmel is in the shade 100 Give Me A Cuddle, I really like his colour as it's slightly brighter than the rest of the lip colours in this post. Personally I think this colour I nice on those days when the sun is out and you just want to wear bright makeup!!

I Heart Makeup Lip Lava // £2.99
The final Lip product for this post is also from the Drugstore. I featured this in my Valentines Makeup Look post a few weeks ago. The shade I have is Tremor and it's a gorgeous bright pink. Again some days I do like to wear a bright lip colour but his one is amazing!! It stays on my lips al day and because it's matte when I eat/ drink no product comes off!! Overall for £2.99 this is perfect for the Spring!!

So those are my Favourite Spring Lippies. I hope you enjoyed this post and maybe you have an idea for some new lip products!! Also don't forget to check out Em's post because I can assure you, it will be amazing!!

Lazy Day Makeup Routine

I tend to wear makeup on a daily basis now, but sometimes I can't be bothered but still want to look nice. Recently I've been doing a makeup look on my 'lazy' days, so for today's post I thought I would share it with you!!

Face
To start of with I simply prime my face using Benefit Porefessional, I love this primer because it keeps my makeup on for most of the day!! Next up I move into concealer which is my MAC Mineralize Concealer, I love this concealer because it conceals and highlights my face and looks really natural. After that I just set my face using my Rimmel Stay Matte Powder, which I love!! The next product is my Sleek Contour Kit to bronze up my face and then my Sleek Blush in Rose Gold. For my highlight I use the Benefit Girl Meets Pearl because it's absolutely gorgeous and looks really nice on the cheeks.

Eyes & Brows
For my eyes I just simply use my two favourite mascaras at the moment which are Benefit Roller Lash and Clinique High Impact Mascara, I love these two together because they make my lashes look super nice. And for my Brows I fill them in with my Benefits Gimme Brow as this makes my brows look super natural.

Lips
Finally for my lips I usually go for MAC's Creme Cup as this is super pretty natural pink.

So that's my Lazy Day Makeup Routine, I hope you enjoyed this post because I certainly enjoyed writing it!!

Seventeen Makeup Review | Sponsored

I'm so excited to be writing this post as it's my first ever sponsored post. Last week Seventeen were kind enough to send me some products to try out and review for you guys. I'm so grateful that I was actually sent these bits as some of you may know, I'm obsessed with Seventeen!! In case you didn't already know, Seventeen is available from Boots or Boots.com

Anyways I was kindly sent the Easy On The Eye Palette and a Stay Pout lipstick in Date Night. I'm obsessed with both of these products and I cant wait to use them in multiple makeup looks!!

Easy On The Eye Palette // £7.99
This palette has to be one of the most gorgeous palettes available in the Drugstore. Easy On The Eye is quite a smokey palette but there are still a few neutrals if you're not to confident about wearing a smokey eye. The palette comes with 8 eyeshadows together, which are a mixture of Matte, Shimmer and Pearl. I was extremely excited about the pearl eyeshadows as I've not tried this formulation before, and it's safe to say I absolutely love them!!

Also there are 3 metallic creams and an eye primer included in this palette and I was very intrigued by the metallic creams as they look amazing!! Also I'm always on the lookout for new eye primers, so to have one included in the palette was a bonus!! Finally the palette also comes with a mirror and a double ended brush, which unlike other drugstore palette brushes is actually useful!! Overall I would definitely recommend this palette as the colours are super pigmented and it's also super cheap!!

Stay Pout Lipstick in Date Night // £4.49
So the other product that I was kindly sent was the Stay Pout Lipstick in Date Night. This is such a gorgeous colour and would be perfect for summer. Its quite a bright red, which is a little out of my comfort zone. But with a very light hand you can create a gorgeous light red colour. Overall I love the formulation of this lipstick as it is matte and goes onto the lips super smoothly, it's also super pigmented and definitely worth the money!!

I hope you enjoyed this post and maybe next time you're in Boots you'll pick up a few Seventeen products because they are honestly so amazing!!!

What's In My Bag | Winter 2016

What's In My Bag posts are always one of my favourite blogposts to read. I feel like you can actually know a lot about a person just by looking through their bag!! Anyways I've been wanting to share this post with you for ages so today I finally decided to do it!!

Bag
So firstly my bag is from River Island and it's so pretty!! It's quite a small bag which is good for me, considering all my big bags are filled with junk. I think this bag was about £24 but is so worth it!!

Purse
So the first thing I keep in my bag is my purse. This is also from River Island and I'm obsessed with the pattern on it!! It's such a pretty purse and is actually quite big so fits everything in that I need it to!! I got this purse for Christmas so I'm not entirely sure how much it was.

Phone
Next up I have my phone, obviously, which is the IPhone 5c in Pink.  I absolutely love my phone and when I'm out for long periods of time it's perfect to have in my bag incase I get bored!!

Makeup
The final products in my bag are some of my makeup faves. Because my bag isn't big enough to fit a makeup bag in, I only keep the necessities which for me are my mascara which is the Clinique High Impact Mascara and Benefit's Dandelion Lip gloss. I love both of these products so much and their perfect to keep in my bag for top ups throughout the day!!

So that's What's In My Bag, I hope you enjoyed this post and I may do one for the upcoming seasons as well!!

Before I being I just quickly want to say I'm not trying to brag, when I asked you guys on Instagram if you wanted to see this post you all said yes so I thought I would do it for you guys. Also a lot of my makeup I bought myself with my own money and some of it was kindly bought for me, which I'm super grateful about!!

Instead of writing paragraph after paragraph, I thought it would be easier just to share the pictures with you, and if you guys have any questions about the makeup I use then just comment down below and I'll be sure to answer them for you!!

Feburary Favourites

It's that time of the month again where I share with you some of my favourite products from the past month. During February I tried out a few new products but I also dug out some oldies but goldies that had been shoved away for a while!!

Revlon Colourburst Lacquer Balm // £7.99
This is my one and only product from Revlon but I have been loving it so much that I will definitely be picking up some more!! The Lacquer Balm that I have is in the shade 105 Demure, and its a gorgeous pastel pink colour. It also has a little bit of shimmer in which makes the colour look even nicer also the product smells like peppermint so obviously I love it very much!!

Zoella Blissful Mistful // £8.00
Now I know I'm probably a little bit late to the party with this one but oh my gosh, I don't know why I didn't pick it up earlier. This has been my chosen scent throughout February and I have loved it!! It's quite a sweet scent so obviously isn't for everyone, but this is such a nice body spray and plus it's from the Drugstore which means you don't have to spend that much money!!

Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine Nail Paint // £3.99
If you haven't heard of Barry M then you must have been living under a rock!! Barry M are my favourite Drugstore Nail Polish brand and they are super affordable too. Recently I have been loving the shade Rose Hip, it's a gorgeous pastel pink and looks super pretty on the nails!!

Garnier Fresh Eye Makeup Remover // £2.99
I mentioned this product back in my Skincare Routine blogposts and I told you guys how much I was loving it!! Well I've had it for nearly a month now and I'm completely obsessed with it!! It removes my makeup so quickly and easily and it's just an amazing product and I would definitely recommend it!!

So those were my February Favourite's, I hope you guys enjoyed this post and hopefully I'll be able to keep up with my Favourites posts!!
