June Favourites
I feel like I say this at the beginning of all my favourites posts, but where did June go? It literally feels two minutes since I was celebrating my birthday at the beginning of the month! Anyways I have quite a few new favourites this month, so I hope you enjoy!
Primark Pink Cat Eye Sunglasses // £2.00
First up is a pair of sunglasses that I picked up at the beginning of the month. How cute are these though? Perfect for those flatlays... and protecting my eyes of course! For £2 these are an absolute bargain and so pretty!
Primark Fluffy Sliders // £6.00
Next up are these gorgeous sliders from Primark. Recently the whole fluffy slider trend has been really popular and I couldn't resist these when I saw them... I mean how cute?! Because of the lovely heatwave we had this month these came in super handy as they kept my feet cool but looked cute as well!
Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick & Liner in Pillow Talk //
Moving onto makeup, my first favourite is Pillow Talk by Charlotte Tilbury which I received for my birthday. I've been wearing both the lipstick and liner so much this month as it's such a perfect nude for all seasons! Plus the formulation is super creamy and the lipstick itself is super pigmented!
NARS Highlight in Albatross // £23.00
Another makeup item I've been loving this month is the NARS highlight in Albatross. I bought this for myself at the beginning of the month and haven't stopped wearing it. The highlight is super pigmented and the most gorgeous gold shimmer, I'm defintley taking this on holiday with me!
Benefit Blush in Dandelion //
I've also been loving Dandelion by Benefit this month as it's a gorgeous pink and perfect for the summer. Also the smell of this blush is amazing, it's just like old fashioned makeup! Again this is another item that will definitely be accompanying me on holiday!
Real Techniques Fan Brush //
My final favourite of the month is the Real Techniques Fan Brush. The brush itself is actually part of the Sculpting Set, which means you can't buy it separately but the other two brushes from the set are just as good! I've been loving using this with Albatross as it applies it really well, I'd defintley recommend getting a fan brush as it makes highlight application so much easier!!
So those were my June Favourites, I defintley recommend you check out the items I mentioned here as they are all amazing! Also in case you're wondering, the reason why I have left some of the prices out for items is because I received them for my birthday and I don't want to go looking around at prices.

Everyday Summer Makeup Look
Summer's finally here!!. So today I wanted to share with you my everyday summer makeup, because admittedly it can be hard to find makeup that stays on your face in the heat.
To start off with I always use primer and my go to is always Benefit That Gal Brightening Face Primer. Honestly I actually can't get enough of this. It literally does what it says and makes my face brighter and keeps my makeup on for most of the day. Next up is foundation, now I don't actually use this as foundation I use it more as a concealer. Obviously my go to is MAC Studio Fix Fluid as this blends so well and isn't cakey, I also find that this does provide more coverage than concealer. To set the foundation I use Rimmel Stay Matte as this hides my oily face on those warm days and stops my forehead shining brighter than the actual sun.
Moving onto bronzer, I've been loving Benefit's Hoola at the moment as it's such a good contour and bronze shade. It's not too orange or dark so doesn't leave me with a lovely brown line down my face. For blush, my new favourite is Benefit Dandelion. I received this for my birthday and I honestly haven't stopped wearing it! It's such a pretty pink and gives a really nice flush of colour to my cheeks. Finally for my face I finish of with my NARS Albatross highlight which is gorgeous! It's a really pretty gold and when it shines in the light it looks super pretty!
For my eyes, I'm still doing the same look I did in my Spring Inspired Eye Makeup which you can check out here. As for mascara obviously it's my two faves which are Benefit Roller Lash and Benefit Bad Gal Lash. For brows I literally only brush through and shape them as I get them tinted every four weeks so I don't have bother to filling them in. Seriously though, getting your eyebrows tinted is such a time saver and it lasts so long!
Finally for lips I have been loving to wear Pillow Talk by Charlotte Tilbury as it's absolutely gorgeous and paired with the matching lip liner it's such a dreamy nude!
So that's my Everyday Summer Makeup Look, I hope you all enjoyed and I apologise about my brief break last week I'm in the middle of my exams but my last one is tomorrow!! Which means I'm back to posting as normal!

Plant Haul
Okay, so you might have read the title of this post and thought 'what on earth?!', but stick with me here because I'm about to share with you some of the prettiest plants you've ever seen (in my opinion). It's no lie that I'm Cacti obsessed, every time I go to the garden centre I always come out with a new family member in the form of a cactus!
Today I wanted to share with you some plants that I recently purchased from my local garden centre, and trust me they do not disappoint! Quick side note: I'm still a 'plant newbie' so I'm not entirely sure whether the names of these cacti that I'm showing are 100% accurate!
The first two I picked up are Ball Cacti, pretty self explanatory! I thought these two were so cute, especially the little baby one in the marble pot! The cactus in the white pot was £3.99 and is in an IKEA pot, and the other one was £5 and is in one of the Zoella Lifestyle Pots.
The next cacti that I picked up is this absolutely gorgeous red and green one. Now I'm not entirely sure on the name of this one, so apologies for that! Anyways as soon as I saw this I just knew it had to be mine and considering how big it is and how many individual cacti there are, £6.99 is a bargain!
I also purchased two non-cacti plants and the first one is this super pretty Spider Plant which I've always wanted as I just love the colouring of it plus it was only £4.49. I also went down the fake plant route and bought the Grass Plant from IKEA which was only £3 but in my opinion looks so 'Tumblr'
The final cactus that I purchased was this super cute one which is called the 'Prickly Pear' or 'Platypus'. This lil' guy was only £1.99 which is an absolute bargain and fits right in with my other baby cacti.
So that's my plant haul, I know this was a little unusual and not my conventional haul but plants are something I love and want to share that with you!!

My Top Ten Favourite Chokers
Ahh I'm so excited about today's post because it's all about my absolute favourite thing in the world right now... chokers!! Over the past few months, I've really been loving to wear chokers and now I rarely leave the house without one on! Primark do some amazing chokers but recently Topshop had a sale on their chokers (check out my haul here) and I may have picked up a few more.
Anyways I need to stop rambling now and get on with the post so here are, in no particular order, my top ten favourite chokers!!
Holographic Choker // Topshop
First up is a fairly new addition to my collection and it's this gorgeous holographic style choker. I thought that this would be super nice to wear out with a white dress to give it a little edge and also it looks super nice with just jeans and a t-shirt as it isn't too in your face but people can still see it.Girlpower Choker // Topshop
Another new addition is this gorgeous gold quote necklace that simply says 'girlpower' I was obsessed with this as soon as I saw and to make it even better it was only £2 in the sale! I thought that this was super cute and was a little different to the usual choker I go for.
Rose Gold Dragonfly Choker // Primark
Next up is a rose gold dragonfly choker (what a surprise!) This super pretty choker came in a set from Primark for around £2.50 which is such a bargain! This choker is really dainty and girly and it's one of my all time favourites because I love how it's a little different with the charm.
Jewelled Choker // Primark
Also from Primark is this really nice simple jewelled choker, which I believe came in the same set as the dragonfly one. This one is perfect to just throw on with pretty much any outfit because it's so simple but still adds a little bit of something to my outfits.
Lace Detailed Choker // Primark
I'm obsessed with lace chokers at the moment because they just look so girly and cute! I wear this one with quite a few outfits, simply because of how pretty it is and how I can wear it with practically any outfit!
Pink Bow Choker // Topshop
Also from Topshop is this super cute pink bow choker (which defintley doesn't look like a bow in the picture!) I couldn't get the bow small enough to fit in the picture but anyhow I love bow chokers and I do also have a black one but I think this one is perfect for the spring and could also look nice when I'm on holiday with a white dress.
Pink Velvet Choker // Primark
Finally for the girly style chokers I have this thick velvet one from Primark that I love! Everyone went crazy for this style of choker, including me and it looks really nice with either a low cut top or a bardot to add something a little extra!
Thin Faux Leather Choker // Primark
Moving onto the not so 'girly' chokers, this faux thin leather one is one of my favourites because it can work with pretty much any outfit and looks really nice. I also like to wear this choker with a black bardot top from Zara because it just adds something a little extra.
Denim Choker // Topshop
Oh my goodness I'm so excited about this choker! Again it's fairly new to my collection but I'm already obsessed with it, even if I don't have an outfit to go with it yet! I've been on the lookout for a denim choker for a while and I know that Primark do one but I didn't want the thicker style for this particular choker, so when I saw this in the Topshop sale for £2 I just had to get it!
Red Rose Choker // Primark
The final choker I have to share with you today is this absolutely gorgeous one from Primark! I fell in love with this one as soon as I saw it on display and knew I had to have it! It looks really nice with an all black outfit apart from a blue denim jacket (yes I've been outfit trying!) as it just adds a little colour. And yes I did wear this to Beauty & The Beast because I'm that sad! :)
So those are my top ten current favourite chokers, I hope you all enjoyed this post even it was quite a lengthy one! Also can we just appreciate how gorgeous Dina Tokio looks on the front cover of the recent issue of Blogosphere!

Birthday Haul // Makeup Edition
Since it was my birthday last week I received a few new makeup items that I'm so excited about! I had been planning to do my full 15th Birthday Haul, but I didn't manage to photograph everything before I put it all in different places. So to solve this problem I have decided to do a different post for each section of items that I received (e.g. makeup and fashion) Today I'm starting off with the makeup section and hopefully in a couple of weeks I will have the fashion section up as well! Hopefully that made sense!
Disclaimer- I'm not trying to brag in anyway, I kindly received this makeup from friends and family and I'm extremely grateful!
MAC Lipstick in Kinda Sexy //
I'll start off with what my friends bought me, the makeup item that I received was a MAC lipstick in the shade Kinda Sexy. I was so excited when I opened this because it's such a gorgeous shade, however I'd never seen it before at the MAC counter. It's similar to Velvet Teddy but has a more orangey undertone to it which makes it the perfect all year round nude.
Nars Highlight in Albatross // £23.00
The next makeup item I actually purchased myself with some birthday money, and it's the Nars highlight in Albatross. Nars has always been on my list of high end brands to try from, but I never got round to actually purchasing something from them. I thought I'd treat myself on my birthday and purchase Albatross because I've heard a lot of good things about it... and trust me it has not disappointed! Hopefully there will be a full review with swatches up on the blog soon!
Benefit Dandelion Blush //
From my mum I received Dandelion from Benefit which I have been wanting for such a long time!! This blush is perfect for pale skin tones as it gives a really nice subtle hint of colour. Also it smells amazing, literally just like old fashioned powder makeup!! Overall I'm already obsessed with this blush and I'm defintley going to be using it all summer long!!
Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick in Pillow Talk //
Oh my goodness I couldn't quite believe my eyes when I opened these next two items, first up I had actually asked for Pillow Talk but on the release date my mum said that there was a really long order 'queue' and that she hadn't managed to get it. Little did I know that she actually did get it, along with something else for me and I was over the moon when I opened it! The shade is super pretty and is a really nice mix of a light and dark nude.
Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Pencil in Pillow Talk //
I honestly wasn't expecting the matching lip pencil either so when I opened this I was even more over the moon! This lip liner is super creamy and doesn't dry my lips out either, plus it stays on for a super long time and actually matches the colour of the lipstick (unlike other lip liners I've tried!)
MAC Lip Pencil in Whirl //
The last makeup product I received was the MAC lip liner in Whirl. This is again another product that I have wanted to try for a super long time! The actual shade is such a pretty nude and looks gorgeous paired with Velvet Teddy!!
So those are all the makeup items that I kindly received for my birthday and I'm super grateful for them all!!

My High-End Makeup Picks
I love high-end makeup, but there are so many brands to choose from, which can be a little daunting when you're starting out with makeup. Over the past year or so I have purchased or kindly gifted quite a bit of high-end makeup, so today I thought I would share with you my favourite picks just in case you're wanting to treat yourself!!
Benefit That Gal Brightening Face Primer // £22.50
First up is a primer that I absolutely love, I only discovered this primer back in June but I have loved it ever since and I'm now onto my second travel sized one. This primer literally does what it says, it brightens up your face. It feels really nice and smooth on the skin and blends really well, this is such a nice primer for the spring and summer to give you really nice bright looking skin!!
MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation // £22.00
Next up is a product that I talk about all the time on my blog, and that is MAC Studio Fix. I'm obsessed with this foundation and I'm onto my second bottle now, which defitnley shows something!! This foundation blends into the skin really easily and gives a really nice airbrushed look. I actually wrote a review about it here, so if you want a more in depth description go check it out!!
Benefit Hoola Bronzer // £23.50
A new product that I have recently fallen head over heels in love with is Hoola by Benefit. This bronzer is amazing for contour as it isn't too orange for my skin tone but also doesn't look muddy either. Hoola has become part of my everyday makeup routine now because I love it so much and I would totally recommend it!!
Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Eyeshadow Palette in The Vintage Vamp // £38.00
Another new product that I have fallen in love with is the Charlotte Tilbury palette in The Vintage Vamp, I'm obsessed with how gorgeous this palette is the shades are right up my street but also bring me out of my comfort zone a bit as well. The eyeshadows themselves are super creamy and easy to blend (I also wrote a review on this palette which you can read here, if you want to know more about this product!!)
Benefit Roller Lash Mascara // £19.50
Moving onto mascara, one of my two favourite high-end mascara is Benefit Roller Lash. This mascara is amazing at curling your lashes but also giving my other favourite mascara a sort of 'base' to work with. Roller Lash really makes my lashes pop and also gives them a really nice shape.
Benefit Bad Gal Lash // £17.50
Keeping on the theme of mascaras, my other favourite is Bad Gal Lash which is also by Benefit. This mascara gives really nice volume to my lashes and makes them stand out more. When this is paired with Roller Lash, they are the dream team!!
MAC Lipstick in Lovelorn // £15.50
Since spring (nearly summer!) is upon us I thought I would include one of my favourite high-end pink lipsticks which is MAC's Lovelorn. This shade is absolutely gorgeous and looks really nice on the lips, it's super creamy so doesn't dry out your lips and the pigmentation is amazing!!
Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray // £22.00
Finally the last product I want to talk about is a setting spray, I decided to include this product at the end because most of the time it's the last makeup product I use in my routine. This setting spray by Urban Decay is amazing and so worth the money, I have the travel size at the moment but I will defintley be purchasing the full sized product once I run out. This keeps my makeup on all day and I used this whilst I was on holiday in the summer to keep my makeup on at night, and even though the country I went to was very hot it kept my makeup on all night!!
So those are my high-end makeup picks, I hope you enjoyed this post and hopefully it will have helped those of you who are looking for some new high-end makeup bits to buy!!

Shoe & Accesories Haul
I haven't done a haul in a couple of weeks (such a long time, I know!) Recently I've been buying quite a few accessories so I thought that for today's post i'd share them with you!
Disclaimer- I'm not trying to brag at all my mum kindly bought me a few of these items and for that I'm super grateful, but some I did buy myself with my own money!!
Primark Pink Mules // £10.00
Oh my goodness, I'm so excited to finally have this gorgeous pair of shoes!! I've been wanting these for so long, ever since I saw them on Naomi Victoria's insta. They are so pretty and a little bit different to the usual shoe I go for, plus their super comfy!! So be expecting to see these on the blog quite a bit in the next few months!!
Topshop Chokers // £2 each
When I saw that Topshop were having a sale on some of their jewellery pieces and that chokers were involved I had to pick some up, especially as they were only £2! The ones I picked up were a gorgeous gold quote choker that says 'girlpower', a denim one as I've been looking for one for so long, a really pretty sheer blue and pink rose one and a really pretty holographic one.
Miss Guided Lace Trim Fishnet Socks // £3.00
The final item I picked up were these gorgeous lace fishnet socks from Miss Guided. I've been wanting some fishnet socks for a while but I didn't really want them to be plain so when I saw these I knew I had to get them. Their super cute with converse and I'm super excited to wear them this summer. Also look out for these in my outfit posts, because I'm obsessed with them!!
So that's my mini haul, I'm so in love with everything that I got and I would totally recommend checking out the chokers on sale in Topshop if you're just as obsessed with them as me!!
