Charlotte Tilbury The Vintage Vamp Eyeshadow Quad Review

For Christmas I was lucky enough to receive one of the Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow Quads in the shade The Vintage Vamp. I've always wanted to try one of the eyeshadow palettes because every time I swatch them I'm amazed at the pigmentation!! Today I thought I would share with you a review on the palette just in case you're interested in buying one but you'd like to see what their like first!!

So firstly I'm not going to lie to you, these palettes are pretty expensive, they retail at £38.00 each and can be found in places like Selfridges, John Lewis, Harvey Nichols and many more. There is quite a few palettes to choose from and each one is part of a makeup look, so when you look at the stands the palettes are on there is usually a lipstick, lip liner, blush and mascara that compliment it. This is so you can see what other products you could buy to create the perfect look with your palette.

Moving onto the eyeshadows themselves, they are super pigmented and really creamy which makes them super easy to blend, the shades don't actually come with names but on the back of the palette there is a grid that tells you which colour to use first (e.g. the first shade can be used to prime and the fourth shade can be used to make your eye look pop. The Vintage Vamp is a very pretty palette and there are two shimmers and two mattes. I love this palette because it's perfect to create a smoky eye with, I have also been wanting to try out a burgundy eyeshadow shade for a while now and this palette comes equipped with two which is perfect!!

Overall I would 100% recommend this palette, the eyeshadows are really creamy and pigmented and can be used to create a nice natural eyeshadow look but can also be used for a smoky eye perfect for parties. This palette is so worth the money the packaging is very strong which means it wont easily break and it's nice and compact so perfect to travel with!!
